IT-NewVision has been supporting the renovation of the customer information system at Suez Environnement (the subsidiary dedicated to water and environmental services) since 2011, using Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing to modernise the billing and customer relationship management system. Managing billing for 4 million customers, this is one of the biggest CC&B installations in the world, and especially in the water and environment industry. Suez Environnement is a world leader in water and waste management. On a global scale, the group serves 91 million people with drinking water worldwide and 63 million with sanitation services. It also collects waste from 57 million people and extracts value from it in a variety of forms.

In France, this major company supplies drinking water to 11 million people, provides sanitation services for 12 million people and processes the waste water produced by 9.3 million people.

IT-NewVision assisted EDF's Sales division with the evolution of its information system based on the Oracle Utilities solution. Électricité de France is the leading electricity generator and supplier in France and worldwide. In 2012, EDF achieved 46.2% of its turnover of 71.7 billion euros outside France. In 2013, its turnover was 75.59 billion euros with a net profit of 3.52 billion euros, representing growth of 4.73% and 7.39% respectively compared with 2012.

Veolia Eau called on our experience with the Oracle CC&B product when it needed to migrate its thirty-year-old information system to the CC&B solution. Our teams took part in overhauling its customer information system. Veolia Eau is a division of the Veolia Environnement group. Its main activity is to manage outsourced water and sanitation services on behalf of local authorities and businesses. In 2012, Veolia Eau achieved revenue of 12.078 billion euros. Veolia Eau has a presence in 77 countries. The company supplies 101 million people with drinking water worldwide and 68 million with sanitation services.

IT-NewVision has supported Enedis (formerly ERDF) in several demand management projects: consumption profiling, energy reviews, optimising injections and simulating consumption reviews. Enedis is an EDF subsidiary responsible for managing 95% of the electricity distribution network in France. Enedis connects 35 million customer sites and operates 11 million interventions at customer premises on average every year. Following a request for proposals issued by Enedis, six companies were selected to manufacture the first wave of smart meters. The Linky project is a large-scale industrial undertaking, aiming to deploy 35 million smart electricity meters by 2021 as part of smart grid development in France.
